CHALLENGE
Qatar’s startup incubators, including Qatar SportsTech and the Doha Incubation Center (DIC), aimed to foster entrepreneurship by providing funding, mentorship, and structured learning. However, many founders struggled with execution, goal-setting, and sales, often assuming customers and investors would come to them. The challenge was to deliver practical, action-driven training that equipped startups with the skills to set clear objectives, focus their efforts, and build a strong foundation for growth.
APPROACH
We designed and delivered interactive workshops focused on OKRs & Goal Setting and Sales for Startups. Founders learned to define measurable objectives, prioritise tasks, and develop a structured sales approach. Through theory, hands-on exercises, and real-time coaching, startups gained the confidence and tools to take immediate action. Additionally, expx provided ongoing mentorship, ensuring continuous support throughout the incubation programme.
OUTCOME
The workshops gave founders clear business objectives, practical sales strategies, and a proactive execution mindset. Our approach 1. Goal setting & execution strategy
Startups often struggle with prioritisation, leading to scattered efforts and slow progress. Our OKRs & Goal Setting workshops helped founders:
